Privacy policy

This notice describes information handled through the Palmetto Legal Process, LLC website and client portal.

Information used for your assignment

The portal collects contact and account details, optional company and mailing information, quote requests, service addresses, case details, uploaded documents and photos, messages, service records, and invoice and recorded-payment information. We use this information to review requests, coordinate service, communicate with you, provide documents, and administer billing and portal access.

Accounts and documents

Assignment records are available to Palmetto administrators and the client account linked to the assignment. Upload only information you are authorized to provide and that is relevant to the assignment. Information needed to carry out service may also be provided to the people assisting with that work.

Website providers

Hostinger hosts the website and database. Google Gmail is used for transactional email. These providers process information as part of delivering those services. If you follow a PayPal payment link, payment takes place on PayPal under its own policies; this portal does not collect card numbers.

Address suggestions from Google Maps

When you use address suggestions, the text you enter is sent to Google Maps Platform to retrieve matching addresses. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information. You can enter an address manually. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here for the Google Maps features.

Cookies and technical records

The portal uses a session cookie to maintain sign-in and protect forms. Hosting and email services may keep technical and delivery records. The application does not include advertising trackers.

Retention and requests

Records may remain in the portal and backups after an assignment is closed. To request access, a correction, or deletion, contact Palmetto using the details below. We will review the request and any recordkeeping needs before confirming what can be removed. Removing a portal record does not immediately remove copies in existing backups.
