These terms cover use of the Palmetto Legal Process, LLC website and client portal.

Quotes and assignments

A quote request is a request for pricing. Review the amount, scope, timing and any stated conditions before accepting a quote. The quote and communications for your assignment describe the agreed service. Contact Palmetto about changes, cancellations, additional addresses, deadlines or other requirements.

Information you provide

Provide accurate contact, case and service information, and review suggested addresses before submitting them. Upload only documents and photos you are authorized to share. Address suggestions assist data entry; they do not verify that a person resides at an address or that an address is suitable for service.

Account use

Keep your password private and contact Palmetto if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not attempt to access another client’s records, interfere with the website, or upload harmful content.

Service records and billing

Service attempts, completed documents and invoices are provided through the portal. Contact Palmetto promptly if you see an error. A recorded payment balance reflects payments entered by Palmetto and may not update immediately after an external payment. No particular service outcome is guaranteed merely by submitting a request.

Google Maps features

Use of the Google Maps address features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, which are incorporated into these website terms, and the Google Privacy Policy.

Questions and time-sensitive requests

For urgent deadlines, cancellations, or questions about an assignment, contact Palmetto directly. The website provides service coordination and records; it does not provide legal advice.
